Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has released offer letters for the selected candidates for the position of 2nd Officer, D&D Service (on contract) under the Marine Department of KDS. Candidates are advised to collect their offer letters on the specified date and time.

1. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates are required to collect their offer letters from SMPK’s Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 on 03.04.2025 at 10:00 a.m.

2. Document Verification:

Candidates must bring all original documents declared in the application along with proof of identity for verification.

3. Medical Fitness:

The contractual engagement is subject to submission of a medical fitness certificate provided by SMPK's in-house doctors at the time of joining.

4. Police Verification Report:

Candidates are required to produce a Police Verification Report (PVR) at the time of receiving the engagement letter or before joining.

5. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will result in cancellation of candidature without any notice.
