Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has announced the recruitment for two Accounts Officer positions in the Finance Department. The positions are available on an absorption/deputation basis, with one reserved for ST category and one unreserved. Eligible officers from other departments/divisions at Kolkata Dock System are invited to apply.

1. Position Details:

Two posts of Accounts Officer are available, one reserved for ST category and one unreserved, in the Finance Department at SMP, Kolkata.

2. Pay Scale:

The pay scale for the Accounts Officer position is Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/- (Pre-revised Rs. 16,400-40,500/-).

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must hold a Degree in Commerce with Advance Accountancy and Auditing as elective subjects. A certificate in MS Office from a recognized institute is desirable.

4. Experience Requirement:

3 years of experience in a supervisory position in an Industrial/Commercial/Govt. Undertaking is required.
