The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare has announced a vacancy for the post of Administrative Officer at the Central Institute of Horticulture, Medziphema, Nagaland. The position is to be filled on a deputation (ISTC) basis, with detailed eligibility criteria and application procedures outlined.

1. Position Details:

The post of Administrative Officer is classified under General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, with a pay level of 10 in the pay matrix (Rs.56,100/- to Rs.1,77,500/-).

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must hold an analogous post on a regular basis or have two years of service in level 9 or level 8 in the pay matrix. A degree from a recognized university and three years of experience in administration, accounts, or establishment work are essential.

3. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted within 60 days from the date of publication in the Employment News, which is scheduled for November 1-6, 2025.

4. Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.

5. Application Process:

Applications should be forwarded in triplicate, neatly typed on A-4 size paper, along with necessary certificates and documents to the Additional Commissioner (Hort.), Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, New Delhi.
