Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Haldia Dock Complex, has released a notification for Document Verification and Interview for the post of Assistant Manager - Accounts (on contract) under the Finance Division. Shortlisted candidates have been sent call letters via Speed Post and email. The verification and interview will be held at the Old Conference Room, 1st Floor, Annexe Building, Jawahar Tower, Haldia Dock Complex, Haldia Township, West Bengal.
- 1. Document Verification and Interview Dates:
- The Document Verification and Interview are scheduled for July 16, 17, and 18, 2025, at the Old Conference Room, 1st Floor, Annexe Building, Jawahar Tower, Haldia Dock Complex, Haldia Township, West Bengal.
- 2. Call Letters:
- Call letters have been dispatched to 52 shortlisted candidates via Speed Post and email. Candidates must bring the call letter with a recent passport-size photograph affixed.
- 3. Required Documents:
- Candidates must bring original and self-certified photocopies of identity proof (Passport/Aadhar Card/Voter-ID/PAN Card), proof of date of birth, all qualification certificates, and ICAI or ICMAI membership certificate.
- 4. Provisional Basis:
- Candidates will appear for the GD/Interview on a provisional basis, subject to verification of original documents and eligibility.
- 5. No TA/DA:
- No Travelling Allowance will be provided for attending the Document Verification and Interview.
