Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata has announced the written test for the selection of Assistant Manager (Estate) on a contractual basis under the Administration Division, Haldia Dock Complex. The test is scheduled for September 22, 2025, at the Centre for Human Resource Excellence, Haldia.

1. Written Test Date:

The written test for the selection of Assistant Manager (Estate) is scheduled for September 22, 2025.

2. Test Venue:

The test will be conducted at the Centre for Human Resource Excellence (CHRE), Haldia Dock Complex, Haldia, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, Pin-721604.

3. Reporting Time:

Candidates are required to report at 10:30 AM for the written test.

4. Call Letter Instructions:

Call letters have been issued to eligible candidates via speed post and email. Candidates must bring the call letter and a valid photo ID to the test venue.

5. Identity Proof Requirement:

Candidates must produce original identity proof such as Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter-ID card, or Pan card along with a self-certified photocopy.

6. Provisional Basis:

Candidates will appear for the test on a provisional basis, subject to fulfilling all eligibility conditions.

7. Prohibited Items:

Candidates are not allowed to carry any paper, notes, books, calculators, mobile phones, or electronic gadgets into the examination hall.

8. Syllabus and Structure:

The syllabus and structure of the test, along with a model question paper, are attached at Annexure-I.
