Selection Process

1. Document verification (Advt. 48/2025):
Scheduled on 19.05.2026 (Tuesday) at BPSC, Patna, in two shifts — 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM; candidates are called as per the list of application numbers in the notice.
2. DV letter:
Candidates must download the Document Verification Letter from their candidate login on the BPSC online portal before the DV date and bring it to the venue.
3. Attendance:
Presence with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies is mandatory for verification.
4. Final DV window (this notice):
Absent candidates from earlier DV for Advt. 44/2025–57/2025 and 58/2025–67/2025 must report for DV at the BPSC office between 06.07.2026 and 10.07.2026.
5. Follow prior instructions:
Comply with the instructions contained in the DV programmes published on 30.04.2026 and 04.05.2026 on the BPSC website.
6. DV letter validity:
The previously issued document verification letter will be accepted for this round.
7. Proforma-I (this document):
Candidates must fill Proforma-I (application summary) for submission at document verification; fill in blue/black pen, paste a passport photo and sign across it; provide Teacher Code/NTET particulars as sought.
8. Proforma-II (this document):
Candidates must fill Proforma-II capturing BAMS/MD‑MS marks, contract teaching experience in Bihar, and journal publications; experience marks are @02 marks per year (max 10) and journal publication marks are max 04, as per Advertisement Clause 5.

Reservation Details

1. Reservation Policy:
Reservations are applicable as per Bihar government norms for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories.
2. EWS Reservation:
10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) is applicable.
3. PwBD Reservation:
4% horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is applicable.

Document Requirements

1. Application form:

2. Proof of Date of Birth:
Matriculation/10th certificate/marksheet.
3. BAMS documents:
All year/semester BAMS marksheets and the BAMS degree certificate.
4. Internship:
Internship completion certificate (Ayurveda).
5. Postgraduate (MD/MS Ayurveda):
All PG marksheets and the PG degree/provisional certificate.
6. Registration:
Valid registration certificate from State AYUSH Council/Bihar State Ayurvedic & Unani Medical Council; documents as per CCIM/NCISM, wherever applicable.
7. NTET (Ayurveda):
National Teacher’s Eligibility Test (Ayurveda) score card/certificate, wherever claimed; as per this Proforma, Teacher Code/NTET particulars are required.
8. Experience:
Teaching/research/clinical experience certificates with appointment and joining orders from competent authority, wherever claimed.
9. Research publications:
Proof of published papers (e.g., first page/acceptance letter) with indexing/UGC-CARE/Scopus/Web of Science evidence, wherever claimed.
10. Category certificates:
SC/ST/BC/EBC certificates and OBC/EBC Non‑Creamy Layer certificate as per Bihar norms, if claimed.
11. EWS certificate:
EWS certificate in prescribed format issued as per Bihar government circulars, if claimed.
12. PwBD:
Disability certificate from competent authority, if applicable.
13. NOC:
No Objection Certificate for candidates currently employed in government/organization, if applicable.
14. Photo ID:

Important Instructions

1. Venue & reporting:

8. Fill Proforma-II as per Clause 5:
Compute BAMS/MD‑MS academic marks as per Advt. Clause 5, state the number of journals published till 08-08-2025 in numerals and words, and provide indexing/ISSN and HOD/Guide/Prof. In‑Charge certification details.

Interview Details

1. Interview Process:
The interview will assess the candidate's subject knowledge, teaching aptitude, and communication skills.

Disqualification Criteria

1. Non‑appearance:
Failure to appear for document verification with required documents may lead to cancellation of candidature as per the notice.
