Important Instructions
- 1. Presence verification:
- Candidates must appear in person on the scheduled date/time at BPSC office for document verification.
- 2. Roll number usage:
- Application Number is to be treated as the Roll Number for this verification programme.
- 3. Download intimation:
- Candidates should download the Verification Letter from the candidate login; the Commission will not send separate SMS/Email.
- 4. Document authenticity:
- Original documents must be produced; mismatch or failure to produce required documents may lead to cancellation.
- 5. Website instructions to follow:
- Follow the DV programme instructions published on the website on 30.04.2026 and 04.05.2026.
- 6. Fill Proforma‑I correctly:
- Fill Proforma‑I yourself using blue/black ball pen and strike out fields that are not applicable.
- 7. Affix photograph:
- Affix a recent passport‑size photograph at the top‑right of the Proforma‑I as per the printed instruction.
- 8. Mention identifiers:
- Write the Advertisement No., Department and Application No. in the Proforma‑I.
- 9. Sign declaration on Proforma‑II:
- Candidates must sign the declaration printed on Proforma‑II confirming that the information provided is true and that they will follow the Commission’s rules.
- 10. Publications entry date on form:
- In Proforma‑II, only journals published till 08-08-2025 are to be entered in the journals section.
Interview Details
- 1. Interview Process:
- The interview will assess candidates' knowledge, teaching abilities, and suitability for the role of Assistant Professor.
- 2. Interview Panel:
- The interview panel will consist of subject experts and representatives from BPSC.
Disqualification Criteria
- 1. Absence from verification:
- Failure to attend the document verification on the scheduled date/time may result in cancellation of candidature.
- 2. Invalid/late certificates:
- Certificates issued after 08.08.2025 or forged/incorrect documents will lead to rejection.
