Officers holding analogous posts or with 3 years regular service in the scale of ₹40,000-1,40,000/- from Major Port Trusts, Central/State Govt., PSU, or Autonomous Bodies.

5. Selection Criteria:

Selection is based on merit, with a benchmark of 'Good' in ACRs/APARs.
