Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited (UCSL), a subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Limited, has announced the recruitment for the post of Booth Operator (Painting) on a contract basis. The notification details eligibility criteria, application process, selection method, and important dates.

1. Application Period:

Online applications are open from February 15, 2025, to March 17, 2025. Candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed SSLC and ITI – NTC in Painter, Electrician, or Fitter trade with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience.

3. Selection Process:

The selection process includes a Phase I Objective-type offline test and a Phase II Practical Test. Candidates must pass both phases to be considered for the position.

4. Contract Details:

The position is on a contract basis for a maximum of five years, subject to project requirements and individual performance.

5. Application Fee:

An application fee of ₹300 is applicable for General candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.
