Selection Process
- 1. DV shifts:
- Two shifts each day — First shift from 10:00 AM onwards; Second shift from 2:00 PM onwards.
- 2. DV Letter:
- Download the Document Verification Letter from the candidate login and carry it to the venue; it will not be sent by post.
- 3. Attendance:
- Report on the date and shift mapped to your roll/application number as per this schedule; late reporting may not be entertained.
- 4. Final chance for absentees:
- Candidates absent in DV (27.05.2026 to 06.06.2026) must report to BPSC office from 15.07.2026 to 17.07.2026 for document verification.
- 5. Corrigendum for Advt. 77/2025:
- Eight candidates of Homeopathic Materia Medica, whose roll/application numbers were misprinted, are directed to attend DV on 29.05.2026 as per the programme published on 06.05.2026.
- 6. Form-I usage:
- This Form-I proforma must be filled and produced along with originals during document verification.
- 7. Form-II (Proforma-II):
- Fill and carry the attached Proforma‑II at document verification with entries for BHMS/MBBS and MD/MS marks, teaching experience within Bihar, journal publications, and RMO/House Surgeon service; sign the declaration.
- 8. Marks claimed on Proforma-II:
- Enter the ‘Total Marks Claimed’ on the form: Journal Publications up to 04 marks and Teaching Experience at 02 marks per year (maximum 10 marks), along with BHMS/MBBS and MD/MS academic marks as per Advertisement Clause 5(i).
Document Requirements
- 1. Online application:
- Printout of the online application submitted for the advertisement.
- 2. DV letter:
- Document Verification Letter downloaded from the BPSC portal.
- 3. Form-I (Application):
- This Form-I proforma, duly filled in blue/black ink, signed and with a recent passport-size photograph affixed and self-attested, to be submitted at DV.
- 4. Photo ID:
- Valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card/Driving Licence/Passport/Voter ID to be produced along with the DV letter.
- 5. Date of birth proof:
- Matriculation/Secondary examination certificate or other valid proof of date of birth.
- 6. Educational certificates:
- Originals and self-attested photocopies of all mark sheets and degree certificates of BHMS and MD (Homeopathy)/relevant qualifications, as applicable.
- 7. Internship:
- Internship completion certificate, where applicable.
- 8. Registration:
- Registration certificate with the State Homoeopathic Council/National Commission for Homoeopathy; produce renewed/valid registration if applicable.
- 9. Experience:
- Teaching/experience certificates from competent authority of recognized institutions, clearly mentioning post, nature of duties, pay-scale/level and period of service.
- 10. NTET:
- NTET (National Teacher's Eligibility Test) result/score card, where applicable.
- 11. Teacher Code/Profile:
- Teacher Code and Teacher Profile issued by the National Commission for Homoeopathy, New Delhi, if allotted.
- 12. Category certificates:
- SC/ST/BC/EBC certificates (with Non-Creamy Layer where applicable) issued by the competent authority of Bihar for reservation claims.
- 13. EWS:
- Economically Weaker Section certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority, for EWS claims.
- 14. PwBD:
- Disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by a competent Medical Board, for PwBD claims.
- 15. Domicile:
- Bihar domicile/residence certificate, wherever required for reservation benefits.
- 16. NOC:
- No Objection Certificate from the present employer for in-service candidates.
- 17. Name variation:
- Documentary proof supporting any change/variation in the candidate’s name across documents (e.g., marriage/gazette).
- 18. Photograph:
- Recent passport-size photograph(s) as required.
- 19. Photocopies:
- One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents along with the originals.
- 20. Form-II (Proforma-II):
- Proforma‑II (Educational Qualifications/Experience/Journal Publications details) duly filled and signed with the declaration, to be submitted at DV.
Important Instructions
- 1. Venue details:
- The venue and reporting instructions will be printed on the Document Verification Letter; follow it strictly.
- 2. Portal usage:
- Download proformas Form-I (Application) and Form-II (Certificates/Experience) from the website, fill them and bring them to DV.
- 3. Fill Form-I correctly:
- Use blue/black ball pen to fill Form-I and strike out items not applicable; paste a recent passport photo and self-attest across the photo and form.
- 4. Originals required:
- Carry all originals; only self-attested copies without originals will not be accepted.
- 5. Prohibited items:
- Mobile phones, electronic gadgets and bags are not allowed inside the Commission premises during DV.
- 6. Responsibility:
- Failure to produce required documents in original may lead to cancellation of candidature.
- 7. Final opportunity notice:
- This is the last opportunity for absentees of the earlier DV to complete verification between 15.07.2026 and 17.07.2026 at the BPSC office.
- 8. Prior instructions to follow:
