Selection Process
- 1. Document verification:
- Verification will be conducted advertisement‑wise on the scheduled dates in two shifts (10:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Candidates must appear as per the roll/application numbers printed in this notice.
- 2. Venue:
- Commission office, 15, Nehru Path (Bailey Road), Patna – 800001.
- 3. Outcome:
- Claims regarding eligibility, qualifications, internship/registration and experience will be checked against originals; discrepancies may lead to cancellation of the claim.
- 4. Additional DV window:
- Candidates absent in DV held from 27.05.2026 to 06.06.2026 may appear for verification at the Commission office between 15.07.2026 and 17.07.2026, following the instructions issued on 06.05.2026.
- 5. Corrigendum (Advt. 77/2025):
- In the DV programme released on 06.05.2026, eight candidates’ Roll/Application numbers for Homoeopathic Materia Medica were misprinted with prefix “07025..”; the correct prefix is “07725..”. Those candidates should report for DV on 29.05.2026.
- 6. Marks claim components (Proforma–II):
- Total marks are to be claimed under BHMS/MBBS, MD/MS, Journal Publications (maximum 04 marks) and Teaching Experience (Contract) at 02 marks per year, subject to a maximum of 10 marks.
Admit Card Details
- 1. DV Letter availability:
- The Document Verification Letter will be made available about one week before the verification date.
- 2. How to download:
- Login to the candidate portal (bpsconline.bihar.gov.in) -> My Account -> View -> Documents Verification Letter -> Download.
- 3. Entry requirement:
- Entry for verification will not be allowed without the DV Letter.
- 4. Validity for re‑opportunity:
- The previously issued Document Verification letter and allotted verification time will remain valid for the additional dates (15.07.2026 to 17.07.2026).
Reservation Details
- 1. Certificates to prove claim:
- Applicable category claims (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex‑servicemen etc.) must be supported by valid certificates during document verification.
Document Requirements
- 1. DV Proforma-I:
- Carry this Proforma‑I (candidate information sheet) duly filled for document verification; fill with blue/black ballpoint pen and strike out inapplicable fields.
- 2. Photograph on form:
- Affix a passport‑size photograph in the box on the form and get it attested as instructed.
- 3. Personal/category declarations:
- Provide details on domicile, caste/category (EWS/SC/ST/BC/EBC/BCL), disability and ex‑servicemen status with supporting certificates (photocopies).
- 4. Educational details on form:
- Enter 10th/Matric, BHMS/MBBS (all exams) and MD(Homeopathy)/MD/MS particulars with institute/university, marks, certificate numbers and dates.
- 5. Internship particulars:
- Fill recognized college & hospital, from‑to dates, total duration, and internship certificate number/date.
- 6. Registration details:
- Provide registration number/date and issuing body for registration with the concerned State/National Medical/Homoeopathic council; attach certificate copy.
- 7. Teacher eligibility/NTET:
- Mention Teacher Code/NCISM‑NCH profile or NTET details (application no., roll no., marks, validity, issuing authority) and attach scorecard/certificate copies.
- 8. Employment & declarations:
- Give previous employment details and declarations about any debarment or criminal case, then sign the declaration at the end of the form.
- 9. Online application printout:
- Carry the hard copy printout of the online application submitted.
- 10. Proof of date of birth:
- Original and self‑attested photocopy of DOB proof.
- 11. Educational qualifications:
- Original and self‑attested copies of all relevant mark sheets and degree certificates as uploaded with the application.
- 12. Internship and registration:
- Original internship completion certificate and registration with the concerned medical council/board, along with photocopies.
- 13. Experience (if claimed):
- Original experience/service certificates with photocopies.
- 14. Category certificates (if applicable):
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD and other reservation‑related certificates in prescribed format.
- 15. NOC (if employed):
- No Objection Certificate from present employer for serving candidates.
- 16. Photographs/ID:
- Recent passport‑size photographs and a valid photo ID along with photocopies.
- 17. Copies required:
- Submit self‑attested photocopies along with originals for verification.
- 18. DV Proforma-II:
- Submit Proforma–II duly filled with BHMS/MBBS and MD/MS marks, contract teaching experience, journal publications and RMO/House Surgeon particulars, and sign the declaration.
- 19. Journals certification (Proforma–II):
- For each journal entry, provide indexing agency, ISSN, date of publication and HOD/Guide/Prof. In‑Charge certification as per the form.

- 2. Bring originals and copies:
- All originals with self‑attested photocopies must be produced; unverified claims will not be considered.
