- Complete Proforma‑II by entering BHMS/MBBS and MD/MS academic details, contract teaching experience (within Bihar Govt./Non‑Private medical colleges), and journal publications; sign and date the declaration on the form.
- 5. Journals count entry:
- Enter the total number of journals published both in numerals and in words in the space provided on Proforma‑II.
Selection Process
- 1. Document verification schedule:
- Follow the date and shift allotted against your advertisement number and roll/application number; First shift 10:00 AM, Second shift 2:00 PM.
- 2. Documents Verification Letter:
- Obtain the DV letter from the BPSC portals (My Account → Documents Verification Letter); it will be available about one week before DV starts and will not be sent by post.
- 3. Second chance for absentees:
- Candidates who missed DV between 27.05.2026 and 06.06.2026 are given one more opportunity and must report for DV from 15.07.2026 to 17.07.2026 at the Commission office (Patna).
- 4. Correction to roll/application numbers (Advt. 77/2025):
- Eight candidates’ Roll/Application numbers in the DV programme were mistyped with prefix 07025..; the correct prefix is 07725.. and these corrected numbers will be treated as valid.
- 5. DV attendance for corrected candidates:
- The affected candidates must attend document verification on 29.05.2026 as per the programme published on 06.05.2026.
- 6. Proforma submission:
- Submit the filled Proforma‑I at the time of document verification; it covers personal, category, academic, internship, registration, AYUSH Teacher Code/NTET and employment details.
- 7. Weightage—MD/MS academic marks:
- As per Proforma‑II, MD/MS academic marks are counted at 10 marks (Advt. Clause 5‑(i)).
- 8. Weightage—contract teaching experience:
- As per Proforma‑II, contract teaching experience in Govt./Non‑Private Medical Colleges within Bihar counts @ 02 marks per year, maximum 10 marks.
- 9. Weightage—journal publications:
- As per Proforma‑II, journal publications carry a maximum of 04 marks; entries must include indexing agency as per Advt. Clause 5‑(i) Note (b) and be supported by HOD/Guide/Prof. In‑Charge certification.
- 10. RMO/House Surgeon details:
- Proforma‑II also records RMO/House Surgeon tenure in a recognised Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, with recognition by NCH/MCI and the period.

- 1. Category certificates:
- Original SC/ST/EBC/BC/BC‑Women/EWS certificates of Bihar in prescribed formats must be produced for claimed reservations.
- 2. PwBD certificate:
- PwBD (Divyangjan) certificate must be in the permanent category; certificates issued only for renewal are not acceptable.
