Selection Process
- 1. Verification schedule:
- Document verification for Advt. 68/2025 to 78/2025 will run from 27.05.2026 to 06.06.2026 in two shifts daily.
- 2. Shift timings:
- First shift from 10:00 AM; Second shift from 2:00 PM.
- 3. DV letter:
- Download the Document Verification Letter about one week before the date from the candidate portal (My Account → Documents Verification Letter → Download).
- 4. Roll number:
- Use the 12‑digit Application Number as the Roll Number during document verification.
- 5. Reporting:
- Report to the Commission office (Patna) on the allotted date and shift as per the schedule table; check your Roll/Application No. in the list to know your shift.
- 6. Final chance for absentees:
- Candidates absent in the earlier DV may appear for verification at the Commission office between 15.07.2026 and 17.07.2026.
- 7. Advt. 77/2025 — correction:
- In the DV schedule published on 06.05.2026, eight candidates under Homeopathic Materia Medica had their Roll/Application numbers misprinted; the prefix printed as “07025..” should be read as “07725..”. Those candidates must attend DV on 29.05.2026 as scheduled.
- 8. Proforma‑I submission:
- At DV, submit the duly filled and signed Proforma‑I with photograph and the specified academic, registration and Teacher Code/NTET particulars.
- 9. Proforma‑II — marks components:
- Proforma‑II records BHMS/MBBS and MD/MS academic marks as per Advertisement Clause 5(i), journal publications (maximum 04 marks) and contract teaching experience within Bihar (02 marks per year, maximum 10 marks) for marks claim.
- 10. RMO/House Surgeon details:
- If applicable, enter RMO/House Surgeon experience in a recognised (NCH/MCI) homeopathic medical college & hospital with the period.
- 11. Declaration in Proforma‑II:
- The candidate must sign the declaration that information furnished in Proforma‑II is true and accepts that incorrect information may lead to cancellation/legal action.
