- Absent candidates may report for DV at the Commission office from 15.07.2026 to 17.07.2026.
- 4. Correction: Advt. 77/2025 DV roll numbers:
- A clerical/typing error in the DV programme has been corrected for eight candidates under Homoeopathic Materia Medica; only the roll/application number prefix was wrong, the schedule remains the same.
- 5. Proforma use:
- Along with Proforma‑I, candidates must fill and submit Proforma‑II (marks claim form) at the time of DV; it covers BHMS/MBBS, MD/MS, contract teaching and journal publications.

- SC/ST/BC/EBC/EWS benefits will be extended only on producing valid certificates in the prescribed format at the time of document verification.
