Selection Process

- DV was held on 11–13 May 2026 at the BPSC office, Patna, in two shifts (10:00 AM and 2:00 PM).
- 2. Final DV opportunity:
- Absent candidates must complete DV at BPSC, Patna from 06.07.2026 to 10.07.2026.
- 3. Admission to DV:
- Candidates must produce the downloaded Document Verification Letter and valid ID at entry.
- 4. Category claims:
- If valid category/EWS/PwBD certificates are not produced, the candidate will be considered under Unreserved as applicable.
- 5. DV letter validity:
- Previously issued DV letter will be accepted for this final DV window.
- 6. DV proforma:
- Candidates must present the duly filled Proforma‑I (Application Summary) at the DV venue.
- 7. Evaluation components (as per Proforma‑II):
- BUMS academic marks [Advt. Clause 5(i)(क)], MD/MS (Unani) academic marks @ 10, teaching experience (contract) @ 02 marks per year up to 10, and journal publications up to 04 marks.
- 8. Experience considered:
- Only contract teaching experience in Govt./Non‑Private Unani/Tibbi medical colleges within Bihar is considered for marks as per Advt. Clause 5(i)(ग) & Clause 5(ii) Note (a).
Reservation Details
- 1. EWS certificate:
- Income & Asset Certificate must comply with Bihar Government Resolution No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019.
- 2. Category certificates:
- SC/ST/BC/EBC claims must be supported by prescribed caste certificates; otherwise the claim will not be considered.
- 3. PwBD:
- Disability certificate indicating type and percentage of disability is required for PwBD claim.
- 4. Categories captured in form:
- The proforma records EWS, SC, ST, BC, EBC and Backward Class Women (BCL) categories; Bihar domicile/residence proof is required for such claims as indicated in the form.
