Selection Process
- 1. Document verification:
- Verification will be conducted on 11–13 May 2026 in two shifts (10:00 AM and 2:00 PM) as per the advertisement-wise schedule.
- 2. Call letter:
- Candidates must log in to My Account and download the Documents Verification Letter and produce it at verification.
- 3. Documents to be verified:
- Educational qualifications, teaching/research experience, NCISM Teacher Code/Teacher Profile or application/acknowledgement, caste/EWS certificates, and No Objection Certificate where applicable.
- 4. Roll number usage:
- The 12-digit Application Number is treated as the Roll No. for the verification.
- 5. Final opportunity for absentees:
- Candidates absent earlier must appear for document verification from 06.07.2026 to 10.07.2026 at the BPSC office, Patna.
- 6. Follow website instructions:
- Candidates must comply with instructions published on the BPSC website on 30.04.2026 and 04.05.2026; the previously issued DV letter remains valid.
- 7. Proforma‑I submission:
- Candidates should bring the duly filled and signed Proforma‑I (Application Summary) to the DV along with supporting documents.
- 8. Proforma‑II submission:
- Bring the duly filled and signed Proforma‑II (Educational Qualification/Experience/Journal Publications Details and marks claim).
- 9. Experience weightage:
- Experience marks: 02 marks per year, subject to a maximum of 10 marks, as printed on Proforma‑II.
- 10. Journal publications weightage:
- Journal publications carry a maximum of 04 marks as per the marks table on Proforma‑II.
- 11. MD/MS weightage:
- MD/MS (Unani) carries 10 academic marks as per advertisement clause 5-(i), as reflected in Proforma‑II.
- 12. Journals counting cut-off:
- Only journals published up to 25-08-2025 are to be entered in Proforma‑II.
- 13. Journal indexing information:
- For each journal, provide indexing/listing details (UGC CARE/SCI/Scopus/PubMed/Web of Science) and ISSN, as required on the form.
Reservation Details
- 1. EWS proof:
- To claim EWS, submit the Income & Asset certificate as per Bihar Government Resolution No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019 (valid as per instructions).
- 2. Category certificates:
- Reserved-category benefits require producing the relevant caste/community certificates from the competent authority in Bihar (as applicable).
Document Requirements

- 2. Proof of date of birth:
- Matriculation certificate/mark sheet.
- 3. Educational qualifications:
- Original degree certificates and mark sheets for all claimed qualifications; carry one self-attested photocopy of each.

- Internship completion certificate with period (from–to) from a recognized Unani/Tibbi Medical College & Hospital.
