| Allied subject check | The form asks whether the postgraduate qualification is in an allied subject (Yes/No). |
| Internship | Internship training details (recognized college and hospital, duration, certificate no. and date) are to be provided. |
| Registration | Registration with Bihar State Homoeopathic Medical Council/State Medical Council/National Medical Commission with registration number, date and validity is to be provided. |
| Teacher Code/NTET | Details of Teacher Code (apply date, copy of Teacher Profile/email from NCISM) or, alternatively, National Teacher's Eligibility Test (NTET) details (exam/roll/application no., marks, validity, issuing authority and certificate no./issue date) are to be provided. |

Selection Process
- 1. Document Verification (absentees):
- Candidates who missed the earlier DV must report at BPSC office, Patna, between 15.07.2026 and 17.07.2026 for document verification.
- 2. Compliance:
- Bring all required documents and the previously issued DV letter; follow the instructions published with the DV programme on 06.05.2026.
- 3. Corrigendum (Advt. 77/2025 Materia Medica):
- BPSC corrected certain roll/application numbers printed in error in the DV programme released on 06.05.2026; eight affected candidates are to report for DV on 29.05.2026 as scheduled.
- 4. Proforma-I for DV:
- This document provides the Proforma-I (application summary) to be filled and submitted during Document Verification.
- 5. Proforma-II (Academic/Experience/Journals):
- This annexure provides the format to record BHMS/MBBS and MD/MS academic marks, contract teaching experience within Bihar, and journal publications; marks are allocated as per Advertisement Clause 5.
- 6. Marks allocation (as per form):
- MD/MS academic marks @ 10; teaching experience marks @ 2 per year up to 10; journals publications marks up to 4.
Document Requirements
- 1. DV letter:
- Download and print the Documents Verification Letter from the candidate portal and bring it to the venue.
- 2. Application printout:
- Carry the hard copy/printout of the online application.
- 3. Photo ID:
- Bring a valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar/Voter ID/Driving Licence/Passport.
- 4. Proof of DOB:
- Matriculation certificate or other valid Proof of Date of Birth.
- 5. Educational certificates:
- Original mark-sheets and degree certificates of BHMS/BMS/MBBS and MD/MS (Homeopathy), as applicable.
- 6. Internship certificate:
- Original internship completion certificate, if applicable.
- 7. Registration:
- Registration certificate with the State/National Homeopathy Medical Council; renewal if due.
- 8. Experience:
- Teaching/experience certificates, where applicable, in original.
- 9. Caste/Category:
- SC/ST/BC/EBC/EWS certificates as per Bihar Government rules; Non-Creamy Layer where applicable; Bihar domicile certificate for reservation claims.
- 10. PwBD/ESM/Other claims:
- PwBD and Ex-servicemen documents (as applicable) in original.
- 11. NOC for in-service:
- In-service applicants must bring a No Objection Certificate from the employer.
- 12. Photographs:
- Carry recent passport-size photographs as instructed.
- 13. Photocopies:
- Bring two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents along with the originals.
- 14. Proforma-I (DV):
- Carry the filled and signed Proforma-I (Application summary for Document Verification) provided with this notice.
- 15. Teacher Code/NTET proof:
- Attach copy of Teacher Profile/email regarding Teacher Code from NCISM or NTET scorecard/eligibility certificate showing validity, as applicable.
- 16. Journal certification:
- For each listed journal publication, obtain HOD/Guide/Professor In‑Charge certification as shown in Proforma‑II.
Important Instructions
- 1. Reporting shifts:
- Report as per your allotted shift — first shift from 10:00 AM and second shift from 2:00 PM.
- 2. Venue:
- Report to Bihar Public Service Commission office, Patna, on the scheduled date and time.
- 3. Adherence to schedule:
- Only those listed for a particular date and shift will be taken up for verification on that slot.
- 4. Document validity:
- Certificates such as registration must be valid on the date of verification; carry renewals if due.
- 5. Follow website instructions:
- Abide by the instructions issued with the DV programme published on 06.05.2026.
- 6. DV letter validity:
- The previously issued DV letter will be accepted for the 15–17 July 2026 DV window.
- 7. Fill Proforma-I:
- Complete Proforma-I in blue/black ball-point pen, strike out inapplicable fields, and affix a recent passport-size photograph.
- 8. Proforma-II entries:
- Write the number of journals in numerals and words; record indexing agency, ISSN and publication date, and provide experience certificate/appointment details as shown in the form.
