Selection Process
- 1. Schedule format:
- Document verification will be conducted advertisement-wise in two shifts each day: First shift from 10:00 AM and Second shift from 2:00 PM, as per the table in the notice.
- 2. Who is called:
- Only those candidates whose Roll No./Application No. are listed against each advertisement in this notice are called for document verification.
- 3. Attendance:
- Candidates must report on the scheduled date and time; absence or late reporting may lead to cancellation of candidature.
- 4. Final chance (absentees):
- Candidates who missed the earlier DV for Advt. 58/2025 to 67/2025 must appear for DV at BPSC office between 06.07.2026 and 10.07.2026.
- 5. Academic score — BUMS:
- BUMS academic marks to be recorded as per Advertisement Clause 5(i)(क).
- 6. Academic score — MD/MS (Unani):
- MD/MS (Unani) academic marks as per Advertisement Clause 5(i)(ख) @ 10 marks.
- 7. Experience marks:
- Contract teaching experience in Govt./Non-Private Unani/Tibbi medical colleges within Bihar is awarded @ 02 marks per year, up to 10 marks, per Advertisement Clause 5(i)(ग) and Clause 5(ii) Note (a).
- 8. Publications marks:
- Journal publications carry a maximum of 4 marks; indexing details (UGC-CARE/SCI/Scopus/PubMed/Web of Science) and ISSN are to be provided as per the proforma.

- 1. Document Verification Letter:
- Download from your account at https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login (My Account → Documents → Verification Letter). It will not be sent by post.
- 2. DV letter validity for final chance:
- The previously issued document verification letter will be valid for the 06–10 July 2026 DV window.

- If claiming EWS, produce the Economically Weaker Sections certificate as per Bihar Government Resolution No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019, along with income and asset certificate as applicable.

- 2. Proof of date of birth:
- Matric/10th certificate or equivalent document as proof of date of birth.
- 3. Educational qualifications:
- Original and self-attested photocopies of all mark sheets and degree certificates (Matriculation onwards, including BUMS and MD/MS (Unani) as applicable).
- 4. Experience/publications:
- Teaching/research experience certificates and list/copies of research publications (UGC-CARE/Scopus/Web of Science etc.), as applicable.
- 5. NCISM Teacher Code:
- NCISM Teacher Code or evidence of application/Teacher Profile as applicable under NCISM norms.
- 6. Caste/Category certificates:
- SC/ST/OBC/EBC/EWS certificates (as applicable) in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority; Non-Creamy Layer where applicable.
- 7. Government servant:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) if employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous body.
- 8. Photocopies:
- One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents to be submitted along with originals on the verification date.
- 9. Proforma-I (Application Summary):
- Duly filled and signed Proforma‑I for document verification with a passport‑size photograph affixed and self‑attested.
- 10. NTET proof (if applicable):
- National Teacher’s Eligibility Test (NTET) score card and eligibility certificate, if opting to provide NTET details; attach copies.
- 11. Proforma-II (Academic Score Sheet):
- Proforma‑II (Educational Qualification/Experience/Journal Publications Details) duly filled and signed by the candidate.
