Admit Card Details

1. Download process:
Login at https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login using Username and Password; go to My Account → View → View/Download to obtain the e‑Admit Card.
2. Allotted district on admit card:
The allotted district will be printed on the downloaded e‑Admit Card.
3. Extra copy to submit:
Carry an additional copy of the e‑Admit Card; after the examination, sign and hand it over to the invigilator as instructed.
4. Centre details availability:
Exam centre code/name will be available on the Dashboard from 20.04.2026.
5. Print clarity:
Ensure the Roll No. and Bar Code are clearly printed on the e‑Admit Card.
6. Reporting time:
Reach the exam centre 2 hours before the start of the examination.
7. Entry cut‑off:
Entry to the examination hall will be permitted up to 1 hour before commencement.
8. No postal dispatch:
Admit cards will not be sent by post; download from the Commission’s website(s).
9. Photographs on admit card:
Bring two Gazetted‑officer attested colour photographs; paste one on the e‑Admit Card at the designated place and the second on the office copy at the examination centre before the invigilator.
10. Original photo ID:
Carry the same identity document mentioned in the online application (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving Licence, etc.) along with the e‑Admit Card.

Reservation Details

1. Women horizontal reservation:
35% horizontal reservation for women applies; among the 9 added posts, 2 are for women.

Document Requirements

1. Declaration form:
Carry/prepare the Declaration Form (Ghoshana Patra) specific to Advt. 108/2025.
2. Attested photograph:
Affix a passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer on the form.
3. Candidate signatures:
Provide signatures on the form in both Hindi and English at the marked places.
4. Candidate particulars:
Fill Registration Number and other particulars on the form as per the online application.
5. Affidavit for grievance:
When filing a grievance, upload an affidavit (shapath patra); complaints without an affidavit will not be considered.

Important Instructions

1. Truthful declaration:
The declaration confirms that the e‑admit card photo/signature and all online application details are correct and belong to the candidate.
2. Non-compliance outcome:
If any false information or impersonation is detected, the application will be cancelled and action may be taken as per rules.
3. Compliance:
The candidate undertakes to follow all rules/instructions of the Commission.
4. Scope of grievance:
Complaints are for irregularities/disruptions at the allotted exam centre in the written (objective) competitive examination of Advt. 108/2025.
5. Only candidates may complain:
Persons other than the candidates of this examination cannot file a complaint.
6. Investigation and report:
Complaints will be examined by the District Magistrate/centre officials and related officers, and reports along with materials such as CCTV footage and statements will be submitted to the Commission (target within 72 hours).
7. Submission at centre counters only:
Submit the filled Declaration Form and required documents at the exam‑centre counters on 23.04.2026; documents will not be accepted by post.
8. Exam date and centres:
The exam on 23.04.2026 will be held at 32 centres in Patna in two shifts.
9. Reporting and entry time:
Reach the centre 2 hours before the start; entry into the hall is permitted only up to 1 hour before commencement (09:00 AM first shift; 01:30 PM second shift).
10. Electronic items banned:
Calculators, mobile phones, Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi devices, pagers, smart watches, electronic pens etc. are prohibited; if found with electronic items inside the hall, candidature will be cancelled and action will be taken.
11. Prohibited stationery:
Marker/white fluid/blade/eraser are not allowed in the examination hall.
12. Unfair means law:
Unfair means will invite action under the Bihar Public Examinations (Unfair Means Prevention) Act, 2024.
