- 2. Postponement notice (first):
- DV scheduled from 28.07.2026 to 10.08.2026 is postponed; the programme for these dates will be republished later; other DV dates remain unchanged.
- 3. Postponement notice (later):
- Document verification scheduled from 11.08.2026 to 17.08.2026 has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons; the programme for candidates dated 28.07.2026 to 17.08.2026 will be republished. DV from 18.08.2026 to 24.08.2026 remains unchanged.
- 4. Merit calculation for interview (Clause 6):
- Combined merit to call candidates for interview will be (A+B+C)/3 where A=10th %, B=12th/Diploma %, C=Degree % (as printed in Proforma-I).

- 4. Intermediate (12th) documents:

- All semester/year mark sheets and final Degree/Diploma/Provisional certificate, as applicable.
- 6. CGPA to percentage:
- If marks are in CGPA, carry the university’s official conversion formula/certificate.
- 7. Caste certificate (if applicable):
- SC/ST/BC/EBC caste certificate issued by the competent authority of Government of Bihar; BC/EBC candidates must also bring a valid Non‑Creamy Layer certificate.
- 8. EWS certificate (if applicable):
- Economic Weaker Section certificate as per Govt. of Bihar Circular No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019.
- 9. Domicile/Residence (if claiming reservation):
- Bihar domicile/residence certificate to claim reservation under Bihar rules.
- 10. Photo identity proof:
- Any one of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport (original).

- Two recent passport‑size photographs.
