This notice provides the document verification schedule and instructions for candidates of BPSC Advt. Nos. 91/2025 to 95/2025 and 100/2025 for recruitment to Head of Department posts in Government Polytechnic/Government Women’s Polytechnic under the Department of Science, Technology & Technical Education, Bihar. Verification will be conducted in two shifts; candidates must download the Documents Verification Letter from the online portal and present original documents with a set of self‑attested photocopies. Reservation/EWS/PwBD claims must be supported by certificates as per Bihar Government rules; only claims declared in the online application will be considered. This update also provides Proforma‑II for candidates to enter academic, research and training credentials and claim marks as per the printed 80‑mark weightage scheme.

Selection Process

1. Total marks for evaluation:
Proforma‑II prints ‘Total Marks Claimed by Candidate’ out of 80 marks.
2. B.E./B.Tech academic marks:
5% of the percentage marks obtained in B.Tech/B.E/B.S/B.Sc (Engg.) (as per Advt. Clause 5).
3. M.E./M.Tech/M.S academic marks:
10% of the percentage marks obtained in the relevant branch/subject (as per Advt. Clause 5).
4. Ph.D:
05 marks (as shown in Proforma‑II).
5. Research/Book Publication:
Weightage 20 marks.
6. Seminar Presentation:
Weightage 10 marks.
7. Sponsored Research Project:
Weightage 20 marks.
8. Refresher/Workshop/Training/FDP etc.:
Weightage 10 marks.
9. CGPA to percentage:
If marksheets show grade points (CGPA/DGPA/TCPA/CPI), the percentage conversion formula must be stated for B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech.

Reservation Details

1. EWS certificate:
EWS certificate must be as per Government of Bihar Resolution No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019.
2. PwBD certificate:
PwBD certificate must be as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
3. SC/ST/BC/EBC certificates:
Original caste/community certificates as per Bihar rules are required for reservation claims.

Document Requirements

1. Documents Verification Letter:
Printed DV letter downloaded from the online portal; it will not be sent by post.
2. Matriculation certificate:
Original Matriculation or equivalent certificate for proof of date of birth.
3. B.E./B.Tech./AMIE (Section A & B):
All semester/year mark‑sheets and degree certificate in the relevant/appropriate branch.
4. M.E./M.Tech./M.S.:
All semester/year mark‑sheets and degree certificate.
5. Ph.D. proof:
Ph.D. Award Letter/Notification (original).
6. AMIE enrollment/recognition:
Enrollment/Registration certificate showing enrollment up to 31.05.2013 with permanent recognition (applicable for AMIE candidates).
7. Division/grade clarification:
If division/grade is not printed on any mark‑sheet, produce a certificate from the university/institute specifying division/equivalence.
8. Experience certificates:
Original experience certificates for teaching/research/industry as required in the advertisement/AICTE norms.
9. Category certificate:
Original SC/ST/BC/EBC certificate, if claimed.
10. EWS certificate:
EWS certificate as per Government of Bihar Resolution No. 2622 dated 26.02.2019.
11. PwBD certificate:
Certificate under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016; scribe-related certificates if applicable.
12. NOC (in-service):
No Objection Certificate from present employer (Govt./PSU/Autonomous/University), if employed.
13. Photo ID:
Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN/Driving Licence etc., along with one photocopy.
14. Photographs:
Two recent passport-size photographs.
15. Self‑attested copies:
One set of self‑attested photocopies of all required documents to be submitted at verification.
16. Pre‑Ph.D. Course Work certificate:
Pre‑Ph.D Course Work certificate copy with certificate number and issue date (as asked in the proforma).
17. Ph.D. Registration/Enrollment:
Registration/Enrollment certificate with certificate number and issue date (as asked in the proforma).
18. Ph.D. result notification:
Copy of Ph.D. result notification with certificate number and issue date (as asked in the proforma).
19. Experience evidence:
For each claimed experience, provide appointment letter number, experience certificate number, first/second month pay‑slips and ITR copy, as applicable (as per proforma table).
20. Training & publications proof:
Certificates/e‑certificates for FDPs/MOOCs/industrial or professional training and list of publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE list, corresponding to the claimed experience (AICTE 2019 Clause 2.22).
21. Recruitment notice reference (if applicable):
If experience was obtained through a Government/Autonomous recruitment process, provide the Advertisement/Notice number as asked in the proforma.
22. Proforma‑II (marks claim):
Duly filled and signed Proforma‑II listing academic marks, Ph.D details, publications, chapters, seminars, sponsored projects, policy documents and training/FDPs, indicating whether supporting certificates are attached (Yes/No) where asked.

Important Instructions

1. Report as per schedule:
Appear only on the date/shift allotted for your Advertisement No. and Roll/Application No. as shown in the schedule.
2. Originals mandatory:
Bring originals with one set of self‑attested photocopies; without originals, claims will not be verified.
3. Online only:
DV letter must be downloaded from the portal; it will not be dispatched by post.
4. No new claims:
New qualifications/category or corrections not declared in the online application will not be accepted at DV.
5. Mobile/electronics banned:
Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not permitted during document verification.
6. No TA/DA:
No TA/DA will be paid for attending document verification.
7. Programme reference:
The detailed DV programme was published on 22.05.2026 on the Commission website.
8. Fill Proforma‑I:
Complete Proforma‑I in blue/black ball‑point pen and strike out fields that do not apply (as printed on the form).
9. Age entry:
Enter age as on 01 अगस्त 2025 and enclose supporting age proof as indicated in the form.
10. Declarations required:
Provide details, if any, of debarment by a Public Service Commission or of criminal cases, as sought in the form; false information may attract legal action and cancellation of candidature (self‑declaration on the form).
11. CGPA conversion to percentage:
Where grades are printed for B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech (CGPA/DGPA/TCPA/CPI), the percentage‑conversion formula is to be provided in Proforma‑II.
12. Sign the declaration:
Proforma‑II contains a declaration that must be signed by the candidate.
