- Where the form asks (e.g., publications/chapters/projects), write totals both in digits and in words.
- 7. Conversion formula:
- If marks are in grade/CGPA, provide the gradetopercentage conversion information as asked in the form.
- 8. Final weightage grid:
- Enter the marks you claim under each head in the 'Total Marks Claimed By Candidate' grid and sign the declaration.
Selection Process
- 1. DV schedule:
- Document verification of shortlisted candidates will be held on 08, 10 and 11 June 2026 as per advertisement-wise lists in the notice.
- 2. Originals required:
- Candidates must present all original certificates with one set of self-attested photocopies; failure to produce originals may lead to rejection.
- 3. Mandatory documents at venue:
- Bring the DV call letter and a valid photo ID for entry and verification.
- 4. Deciding authority:
- The Commissions verification panel will take the final decision on eligibility/claims based on the records produced.
- 5. Prohibitions and TA/DA:
- Mobile phones are not allowed at the DV venue and no TA/DA will be paid for attending document verification.
- 6. DV proforma:
- Candidates have to fill PrapatraI (application summary for DV) and produce it at the document verification.
- 7. Weightage (Total 80):
- As per Proforma-II, weightage heads are: B.E./B.Tech (05), M.E./M.Tech (10), Ph.D (05), Research/Book Publication (10), Seminar Presentation (10), Sponsored Research Project (10), Research Guidance M.Phil./M.E./M.Tech (10), Ph.D Research Guidance (10).
- 8. Claim of marks:
- Candidates must claim the above weightage in the 'Total Marks Claimed By Candidate' grid in Proforma-II.
Reservation Details
- 1. BC/EBC non-creamy layer:
- Non-creamy layer certificate is mandatory for BC/EBC reservation; without it, the candidate will not get category benefits.
- 2. EWS format and rule:
- EWS must be certified in prescribed Format-1 as per Government Resolution no. 2622 dated 26.02.2019.
- 3. PwBD certificate:
- PwBD reservation requires a disability certificate in the prescribed format from the competent medical authority.
- 4. Dependent of Freedom Fighter:
- Reservation for dependents of Freedom Fighters requires certificate as per GAD, Bihar letter no. 11687 dated 30.08.2016.

- 1. B.E./B.Tech./AMIE degree:
- Original degree certificate in the relevant branch (B.E./B.Tech./AMIE Section A & B).
- 2. B.E./B.Tech./AMIE mark-sheets:
- All semester/year mark-sheets for the undergraduate qualification.
- 3. AMIE enrollment/registration:
- Enrollment/Registration certificate confirming AMIE Section A & B completion (where applicable).
- 4. M.E./M.Tech./M.S. mark-sheets:
- All semester/year mark-sheets for the postgraduate qualification.
- 5. M.E./M.Tech./M.S. degree:
- Original postgraduate degree certificate.
- 6. Ph.D. documents:
- Ph.D. Award Letter/Notification and registration/enrolment proof, wherever applicable.
- 7. Direct Ph.D. from B.E./B.Tech.:
- If claiming eligibility via direct Ph.D. after B.E./B.Tech. (First Class), produce the university/institution orders/approvals supporting such award as per norms.
- 8. CGPA to percentage conversion:
- Certificate from the university/institution for conversion of grade/CGPA to percentage, if marks are shown in grades.
- 9. Division/class certificate:
- If division/class is not printed on the mark-sheets, a certificate from the university/institution indicating the division/class.
- 10. Experience certificates:
- Experience certificates (teaching/research/industry) as required by the respective advertisement.
- 11. Research and academic outputs:
- Evidence of research publications (journals, seminar full papers), sponsored research/projects, patents/technology transfer/product/process, and research guidance (M.Phil./M.E./M.Tech./Ph.D.), where applicable.
- 12. Caste/category certificates:
- SC/ST/BC/EBC caste certificate; BC/EBC must also bring a non-creamy layer certificate from the competent authority.

- 22. Policy/patent/technology transfer proof:
- Granting authoritys document and completion certificate for major policy documents/patent/technology transfer/product/process items claimed.
- 23. Ph.D guidance evidence:
- For each supervised Ph.D claimed: thesis submitted certificate/copy, approval of Ph.D thesis by Examination Committee, and pass award letter/notification of the supervised candidate.
Important Instructions
- 1. Self-attestation:
- All photocopies submitted at DV must be self-attested; originals must be shown for verification.
- 2. Validity of certificates:
- Benefits of reservation/claims will be allowed only on the basis of valid certificates produced on the day of DV.
- 3. Panel decision final:
- The verification committees decision regarding eligibility and claims will be final.
- 4. Prohibited items:
