Job Details
Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), Department of Consumer Affairs, invites applications on deputation (including short-term contract) to fill seven categories of posts at its HQ, New Delhi. Eligible officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, autonomous/statutory bodies, PSUs and specified institutions may apply as per post-wise eligibility in the annexure. Deputation is ordinarily for three years and may be extended by two years (maximum five years). Maximum age is 56 years as on the closing date. Apart from basic pay (as per 7th CPC pay matrix for each post), DA, HRA and Transport Allowance are admissible as per Central Government rates; fixation of pay/deputation allowance will follow DoPT instructions.

- Essential (service): Officers of Central/State Government/UT Administration/autonomous body/statutory organisation/PSUs holding analogous post; or with 2 years' regular service in Level-7; or with 6 years' regular service in Level-6.
- Essential (qualification): Member of ICAI/ICMAI or MBA; or passed SAS/equivalent of organised Accounts cadre of Central/State Govt; or completed cash & accounts training by ISTM; or at least five years’ experience in handling accounts work.
- Desirable: Basic skills for working in a computerised office environment.
