The Central Silk Board, under the Ministry of Textiles, has released an official notification for recruitment on a deputation basis for various posts including Joint Secretary (Technical), Deputy Director (Admn. & Accts.), Deputy Director (Statistics), Assistant Director (Statistics), and Assistant Director (Admn. & Accts.). The positions are open for officers from Central or State Government and statutory or autonomous organizations under the Central Government.

1. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted within 60 days from the publication of the notification in the Employment News.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be officers of the Central or State Government or statutory or autonomous organizations with relevant experience and qualifications as specified for each post.

3. Deputation Period:

The deputation period is initially for 3 years, extendable as per DoPT guidelines, except for Deputy Director (Publicity) which is for 2 years.

4. Maximum Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for applicants is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

5. Job Locations:

The posts are located in various cities including Kolkata, Guwahati, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Mysuru, Pampore, Ranchi, and Bilaspur.
