Candidates must hold an analogous post on a regular basis or have five years of service in the grade with a pay scale of PB-3: Rs. 15600-39100, Grade Pay: GP 7600, and possess an M.Sc. in Soil Science or Agricultural Chemistry with specialization in Soil Science.
