The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the cut-off marks for the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2025. This notification provides detailed information on the aggregate marks of the last qualified and recommended candidates for various academies.
- 1. Cut-off Marks for IMA:
- The aggregate marks of the last qualified candidate for the Indian Military Academy (IMA) is 120 out of 300, while the marks of the last recommended candidate is 243 out of 600.
- 2. Cut-off Marks for INA:
- The aggregate marks of the last qualified candidate for the Indian Naval Academy (INA) is 104 out of 300, while the marks of the last recommended candidate is 230 out of 600.
- 3. Cut-off Marks for AFA:
- The aggregate marks of the last qualified candidate for the Air Force Academy (AFA) is 128 out of 300, while the marks of the last recommended candidate is 253 out of 600.
- 4. Cut-off Marks for OTA (Men):
- The aggregate marks of the last qualified candidate for the Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) Men is 81 out of 200, while the marks of the last recommended candidate is 163 out of 400.
- 5. Tie-Breaking Principles:
- In case of a tie, candidates are ranked based on higher marks in written total, followed by marks in General Knowledge, and finally by age.
