Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata, has released the final selection list for the engagement of Commercial Duty Clerk on a contractual basis under the Traffic Department. Candidates are advised to collect their offer letters and complete necessary formalities.

1. Interview Dates:

The personal interviews were conducted on 24th, 25th, and 26th February 2026.

2. Offer Letter Collection:

Selected candidates must collect their offer letters from SMPK's Head Office, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata 700001 on 16th March 2026 at 10:30 a.m.

3. Required Documents:

Candidates need to bring original documents, proof of identity, Police Verification Report (PVR), and Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of receiving the Engagement Letter.

4. Panel Validity:

A panel of 20 candidates has been constituted, which will remain valid for one year from the date of publication of this notice.

5. Non-appearance Consequence:

Failure to appear on the prescribed date and time will be considered as a lack of interest in the engagement, leading to cancellation of candidature.
