1. Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Operation and Maintenance of Marine Equipment and Systems.

Age Limitations:

  • Preferred Age Limit: Preferably within 45 years as on 24 November 2025.

2. Commissioning Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Operation and Maintenance of Marine Electrical/Electronic Equipment and Systems.

Age Limitations:

  • Preferred Age Limit: Preferably within 45 years as on 24 November 2025.

3. Commissioning Assistant (Electrician/Shipwright/Mechanician)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: X Std.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Operation and Maintenance of Marine Equipment/Operations/Hull/Electrical Systems.

Age Limitations:

  • Preferred Age Limit: Preferably within 45 years as on 24 November 2025.

Additional Information

  • Vacancy Adjustment: UCSL reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or not to fill up any of the vacancies or cancel the recruitment process, as per its requirement.

Salary Details

> Salary Range: 48,000 - ₹53,045 Monthly

Other Information

  • Annual Increment: Commissioning Engineers receive an increment of ₹1,500 in the second year and ₹1,545 in the third year. Commissioning Assistants receive an increment of ₹1,440 in the second year and ₹1,484 in the third year.

How to Apply

1. Application Submission:
Submit the application in the format as per Annexure-I on the date of walk-in selection. Original certificates and self-attested copies must be presented for verification.
2. Required Documents:
Candidates must bring a photo-identity proof, original and self-attested copies of Aadhaar proof, educational qualifications, experience, and caste certificates.

Selection Process

1. Selection Method:
Walk-in selection and Certificate Verification will be conducted. Only candidates who successfully complete the certificate verification will be allowed to attend the selection process.

Reservation Details

1. Reservation Policy:
Government of India Directives on reservation shall apply. The posts are not identified for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) due to the nature of the employment.

1. Original Certificates:
Candidates must produce original certificates towards proof of age, qualification, experience, caste, etc., and self-attested copies for verification.
