- Rank Requirement: Retired at least from the rank of Wing Commander (Wg Cdr) from Indian Air Force.

- Remuneration: Fixed monthly amount calculated as Last Pay Drawn (Basic Pay) minus Basic Pension, plus Transport Allowance admissible at the time of retirement.
