The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has released an official notification inviting applications from retired government officials for the position of Consultant on a contract basis at the Proof & Experimental Establishment (PXE), Chandipur. The notification outlines the eligibility criteria, remuneration details, and application process.

1. Application Invitation:

DRDO invites applications from retired officials from Central/State Government, PSUs, and Autonomous Bodies for engagement as consultants on a short-term contract basis.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be retired officials with experience in Central Government Ministries/Departments. Preference will be given to those with DRDO experience.

3. Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for applicants is 63 years as of the closing date of the application.

4. Remuneration Details:

Remuneration is based on the last pay drawn minus pension for pensioners, and a fixed amount for non-pensioners. Conveyance allowance of Rs. 5000/- per month is provided.

5. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted within 21 days from the date of advertisement publication.
