The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has released an official notification for the engagement of retired government employees as consultants at the Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE) in Bengaluru. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and terms of engagement.

1. Application Deadline:

The last date for receipt of applications is June 8, 2025. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Retired employees from Central/State Governments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies with relevant experience are eligible. Preference will be given to those with DRDO experience.

3. Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for applicants is 63 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications.

4. Contract Duration:

The initial contract is for one year, extendable as per norms.

5. Remuneration:

Remuneration is based on the pay level at retirement, with additional conveyance allowance for non-pensioners.
