The Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare has released an official notification inviting applications from retired Central Government Officers for the position of Consultant on a contract basis. The position is open to those who have retired at the level of Deputy Secretary/Director or equivalent. The initial engagement is for one year, extendable based on performance and requirement.

Consultant (Retired as Deputy Secretary/Director or equivalent level)

2. Total Number of Positions:

1 (One)

3. Engagement Period:

Initially for one year, extendable by another six months to one year based on performance and requirement.

4. Job Location:

Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi

5. Educational Qualification:

Graduation degree or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute.

6. Age Eligibility:

Candidate should not be more than 62 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of application.

7. Application Process:

Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format within 21 days from the date of issue of this notice.
