Entitled to 15 days of leave per year and 10 days of sick leave, with provisions for carrying forward unavailed sick leave.

Indoor and outdoor medical facilities available at Centenary Hospital, SMPK for self and spouse.

5. Termination Clause:

The contract may be terminated with one month's notice from either side, or 24 hours' notice for unsatisfactory performance.
