Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has announced a recruitment drive for Company Secretary Professionals on a contractual basis. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, and selection procedure.

1. Application Period:

The application window for the engagement of Company Secretary Professionals is open from April 19, 2024, to May 11, 2024. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Total Number of Vacancies:

A total of 12 vacancies are available for the position of Company Secretary Professional on a contract basis, with category-wise reservations.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with at least 1 year of experience in company secretariat of any unlisted/listed company.

4. Selection Process:

Selection will be based on an interview. However, a screening test may be conducted if necessary. The final selection will be based on interview performance.

5. Application Fee:

An application fee of ₹400 is applicable for General and OBC candidates. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
