The CSIR-Traditional Knowledge Digital Library (CSIR-TKDL) Unit has released an official notification inviting applications for various project positions. The recruitment is for the projects 'Digitization of Traditional Agricultural Practices of India' and 'Digitization of Indian Traditional Practices on Minerals, Metals, Materials and Allied Areas'. The positions are temporary and contractual, with a focus on patent analytics and preservation of traditional practices.
- 1. Application Period:
- Applications are open until June 6, 2025. Candidates are encouraged to apply online through the official CSIR website.
- 2. Project Duration:
- The engagement is initially up to March 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension until March 31, 2027, based on project progress.
- 3. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must possess a Master’s or Integrated Masters in Natural Sciences or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology. Desirable skills include proficiency in Patent Analytics/Patent Informatics and a PG Diploma in IPR.
- 4. Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for Project Associate-I is 35 years, and for Senior Project Associate is 40 years, with relaxations as per CSIR/Govt. of India rules.
- 5. Selection Process:
- Candidates will undergo a written test followed by an interview. The written test results will be declared on the same day.
