The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the recruitment for the post of Deputy Director General in the Narcotics Control Bureau on a deputation basis. The position is open to officers from All India Services and other Group 'A' Central Services, with specific eligibility criteria and experience requirements.

1. Position Available:

The post of Deputy Director General in Narcotics Control Bureau is available on a deputation basis.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Officers from All India Services and other Group 'A' Central Services holding analogous posts or empanelled for level 14 of the pay matrix are eligible.

3. Experience Required:

Five years of experience in enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic and criminal offences is required.

4. Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted within six weeks from the date of issue of this circular or publication in Employment News, whichever is later.

5. Maximum Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation is 58 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
