The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has announced a vacancy for the post of Deputy Registrar. The position is to be filled by deputation or promotion, and candidates must possess a degree in law and meet specific service requirements.

1. Position Available:

One post of Deputy Registrar in Level-12 (₹78,800-₹2,09,200) in the pay matrix is available at NCDRC, New Delhi.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must hold analogous posts on a regular basis or have five years of service in Level-11. A degree in law from a recognized university is required.

3. Deputation Details:

The deputation period should not exceed three years, and the maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as of the closing date of application receipt.

4. Application Process:

Applications must be sent through the proper channel with necessary clearances and certificates, including cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and integrity certificate.

5. Duties of Deputy Registrar:

Responsibilities include supervising state commissions, issuing instructions for case procedures, and other duties as assigned by the Registrar.
