The position of Director General in the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau is open for recruitment on a deputation basis.

Candidates must be officers from Central/State Governments, Defence Aviation, or similar organizations, holding analogous posts or with specified years of service in relevant pay levels.

3. Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology in Aeronautical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a Master's Degree in Science in Physics is required.

4. Experience Required:

At least 15 years of experience in Airworthiness, Aviation Safety, or Air Traffic Control, including 4 years in incident investigation, or 15 years in Administration/Finance/Management with 3 years in aviation.

5. Age Limit:

Candidates should not exceed 58 years of age as of the closing date for applications.
