- Educational Qualification: Degree in any stream or Degree in Law from a recognized University or institute.
- Experience: Ten years' experience in establishment or administration matters including minimum four years' experience in Cybercrime Investigation or Investigation.

- Maximum Age Limit: 56 years
Salary Details
> Grade Pay: ₹Level-13 in the pay matrix

- Pay Regulation: The pay of the selected officer will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Training O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time.
