Job Details
Defence Materials & Stores Research & Development Establishment (DMSRDE), DRDO, Kanpur will conduct a walk‑in interview to award 01 Research Associateship (Chemistry) and 02 Junior Research Fellowships in Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Science and related engineering disciplines. Tenure is two years. Stipends are ₹67,000/- per month for RA and ₹37,000/- per month (1st & 2nd year) for JRF; HRA is admissible as per Government rules. Contingency grant: up to ₹15,000/- p.a. for Research Fellows and ₹20,000/- p.a. for Research Associates on reimbursement basis for the first two years (for JRF, the contingency may be increased to ₹20,000/- in subsequent years). Fellows are not eligible for DA, CCA, Bonus or Retirement benefits; medical facilities are available for self only through the MI Room in the campus. The award of fellowship/associateship will not confer any right for further employment in DRDO; the Director, DMSRDE reserves the right not to select any candidate if suitable candidates are not available.
