Document Requirements
- 1. Original documents:
- Produce all original certificates/UGC-CSIR-NET/LS Certificate/Testimonials and Community Certificate (if applicable) for verification.
- 2. Photocopies:
- Bring two sets of self-attested photocopies of all testimonials.
- 3. Photographs:
- Bring two recent passport size colour photographs.
- 4. Character & OBC certificates:
- Submit Character Certificate and OBC Certificate (not more than 6 months old).
- 5. Bank details:
- Provide a copy of the Saving Bank Account passbook.
- 6. Photo identity proof:
- Carry a photo-identity proof such as Voter Id/Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License in original and two photocopies.
- 7. NOC (if employed):
- Produce NOC if employed in Government Departments/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies at the time of document verification.
