The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has announced a paid internship program for final year undergraduate and postgraduate students in engineering and science disciplines. The internship will be conducted at the Instruments Research and Development Establishment (IRDE), Dehradun, for a duration of six months. Applications are invited from eligible candidates with excellent academic records.

1. Internship Duration:

The internship will last for six months, starting from August 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be final year students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in engineering or science with a minimum of 75% marks or a CGPA of 7.5 on a scale of 10.

3. Application Deadline:

The last date to submit applications is June 30, 2025.

4. Selection Process:

Selection will be based on academic performance and an interview. Shortlisted candidates will be notified about the joining procedures.

5. Stipend Details:

A monthly stipend of ₹5,000 will be provided, paid in two installments, subject to satisfactory performance and attendance.
