The Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL), a premier lab under DRDO, has announced a paid internship program for final year undergraduate and postgraduate students in engineering and science disciplines. The internship will last for six months, offering a stipend and valuable experience in defense research.

1. Internship Duration:

The internship is for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension without additional stipend.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Final year students pursuing B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 or 60% marks in the first year are eligible.

3. Application Process:

Applications must be submitted via email within 10 days of the advertisement date. No hard copies will be accepted.

4. Stipend Details:

A monthly stipend of ₹5,000 will be provided, paid in two installments over the internship period.

5. Selection Process:

Selection is based on merit and may include an online/offline interview. Age limit is below 28 years as of July 25, 2025.
