Job Details
Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), DRDO, Delhi is conducting a walk-in recruitment for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) in Physics/Electronics. JRF requires M.Sc. (Physics/Electronics) with NET, or B.E./B.Tech (Engineering Physics/Electronics) with NET/GATE, or M.E./M.Tech with First Division at both graduate and postgraduate levels; upper age limit 28 years. RA requires Ph.D. (Physics/Electronics) or M.E./M.Tech with 3 years research experience in Semiconductor Materials, Devices Fabrication and Characterization with at least one SCI journal paper; upper age limit 35 years. Stipend: Rs 37,000/month for JRF and Rs 67,000/month for RA, payable as per provision of funds up to PDC of the project. Positions are purely temporary and confer no right to absorption in DRDO; selection is through walk-in interview with possible same-day screening test if candidates are many.
