Eligibility Criteria:
- Rank Requirement: Retired officers not below the rank of Deputy Secretary in Central Government or equivalent in State Government/PSUs.
Age Limitations:
- Age Limit: Not more than 65 years as on April 1, 2026.

- Honorarium Conditions: Payment is contingent upon report acceptance by the Disciplinary Authority and may be prorated if proceedings are stayed by courts.
