Engagement of Advocates on Record for TRAI 2025

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has announced the engagement of Advocates on Record (AoR) to represent TRAI before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Interested advocates with adequate experience in telecommunication, broadcasting, and cable services are invited to apply by April 3, 2025.

1. Application Deadline:

Applications for the engagement of Advocates on Record must be submitted by April 3, 2025.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Advocates must have over 15 years of experience in the High Court and Supreme Court, with expertise in telecommunications, broadcasting, and cable services.

3. Engagement Tenure:

The initial engagement period is two years, extendable based on performance.

4. Professional Services Required:

Services include representing TRAI in court, legal advice, drafting petitions, and more.
