Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority has released the list of selected candidates for the position of Executive Engineer (Civil) on a contractual basis. Candidates are advised to collect their offer letters from the HR Wing of the General Administrative Department.

1. Selected Candidates:

The list includes Shri Subhajit Barman, Shri Subhranil Mukherjee, Saqib Asrar, Shri Sunil Kumar Gupta, Md. Shadab Alam, Alomgir Hoissein, and Shri Sourav Shil.

2. Offer Letter Collection:

Candidates are required to collect their offer letters from the HR Wing of the General Administrative Department at 15, Strand Road, Kolkata - 700 001.

3. Collection Dates:

Offer letters can be collected from March 23, 2023, to March 27, 2023, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

4. Document Verification:

Candidates must bring original documents for verification, including proof of identity and essential criteria as declared in the application.

5. Medical Fitness:

A medical fitness certificate provided by the in-house doctors of SMPK is required at the time of joining.
