Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has announced the recruitment of Executive Trainees for 2024 in various disciplines including Company Secretary, Electronics, and Naval Architecture. The notification details the eligibility criteria, application process, selection stages, and compensation details.

1. Application Period:

The online application window for Executive Trainee positions is open from September 24, 2025, to October 15, 2025. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Total Number of Vacancies:

A total of 7 vacancies are available across different disciplines: 3 for Company Secretary, 1 for Electronics, and 3 for Naval Architecture.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications for each discipline. For Company Secretary, an associate membership of ICSI is required. Electronics candidates need a degree in Electronics Engineering with at least 65% marks, and Naval Architecture candidates need a degree in Naval Architecture with at least 65% marks.

4. Selection Process:

The selection process includes an Objective Type Test, Group Discussion, Writing Skills, and Personal Interview. The final selection is based on the total marks obtained in these stages.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹50,000 during training. Upon successful completion, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers with a pay scale of ₹40,000-3%-₹1,40,000, along with various allowances and benefits.
