Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973. The program is open to engineering graduates and diploma holders from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, offering a one-year training opportunity.

1. Application Period:

Online registration for the apprenticeship program is open from July 1, 2025, to July 15, 2025. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be engineering graduates or diploma holders from recognized institutions, domiciled in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and have completed their qualifications between 2021 and 2025.

3. Stipend Details:

Graduate Apprentices will receive a stipend of ₹12,000 per month, while Technician (Diploma) Apprentices will receive ₹10,200 per month.

4. Training Duration:

The apprenticeship training will last for one year as per the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973.

5. Application Fee:

There is no application fee for this apprenticeship program.
