Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has announced the engagement of Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973. Eligible candidates can apply online from October 31, 2025, to November 17, 2025. The apprenticeship is for a duration of one year at the CSL Kolkata Ship Repair Unit (CKSRU), Kolkata.

1. Application Period:

Online applications are open from October 31, 2025, to November 17, 2025. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be Graduate/Diploma holders in Engineering or non-engineering disciplines, domiciled in West Bengal, and have passed during 2021-2025.

3. Stipend Details:

Graduate Apprentices will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month, while Technician (Diploma) Apprentices will receive ₹13,000 per month.

4. Total Number of Seats:

A total of 7 seats are available: 3 for Graduate Apprentices and 4 for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices.

5. Selection Process:

Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification. Shortlisted candidates will undergo certificate verification.
